It's been really HOT here on the East Coast!
There's nothing I'd like better than relaxing with my friends on a nice beach and enjoying all the sights and sounds there! It's a great way to get away from it all!
While I don't particularly want to personally meet one, Sharks are what I love to study in Oceanography!
More on this later!

I also love the beach, especially when I get paid to be there.... ;D Unfortunately not many of my friends want to take walks with me any longer because I always trail behind, collecting rare stuff. At least that's what they say until we get there. Then you can see all of them sitting between shells and stuffing as many of them into their bags as they can... ;D. Probably all those long unused hunter/gatherer genes kicking in

lol, sounds like my friends. We have some fantastic beaches in new zealand, if you've ever seen a map of the country we have a huge amount of coastline to land. Im really looking forward to the summer so that I can go up to the Goat Island marine reserve, a fantastic place to go snorkelling and home of my uni's Leigh marine lab. Just 20 min to the north is my fav beach ever, Pakari, where i have been learning to surf
